Warranty

1. If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 15 days( 15 days from the date of receipt). We can give you a replacement or refund.

2.180-day warranty: We’re so sorry you received a product that wasn’t working. If the product breaks within 180 days, We can replace it with the same item or issue you a partially refund.

In the event that this happens, please contact us within 180 days by email support@funsexdolls.com.

Please include your order number, a photo or video of the defective product, and a description, we’ll take care of the rest and give you a satisfying solution.

Each order can only be returned and replaced once.

3.If your products are lost in transit, we will be responsible for the loss, you can ask us for a refund or a resend.
